Your initial evaluation is no-cost, and our engineers will have it reviewed and ready in 1–2 weeks. Following preliminary qualification and data review, Sidel CREN will provide a site-specific professional engineering and cost-benefit assessment at no cost, so you can know the precise impact TESS will have on the plant's profitability and environmental impact, and the actual ROI specific to your plant.

Your answers are saved as you go and stored securely for Sidel CREN's engineering team. If you use the chat, your messages are processed by Claude, an AI model from Anthropic, to help collect your answers.

Before you start

Have these on hand

Rough numbers are fine. If you don't know something, say so and we'll note it for our engineers.

  • Cane crushed per day

    Tonnes per day (TCD) or per hour, on a typical day in season.

  • Hours and season length

    How many hours a day the mill runs, and how many days a year.

  • Electricity

    Whether you make your own power or buy it, whether you sell any to the grid, and your average load or a total.

  • Fresh water use

    The fresh water the mill takes in, not cooling water that circulates. A rate or a total is fine.

  • Fuels

    Bagasse, coal, gas or anything else you burn, and roughly how much.

  • Plant area

    In square feet, square metres, acres or hectares.
